2. ELEKTRICKÉ ZAŘÍZENÍ KOMPRESORU
2.1. POPIS ELEKTRICKÉHO ZAŘÍZENÍ
Kompresor se připojuje na třífázovou proudovou soustavu 3/N/PE
AC 400/230V, 50Hz.
Přívodní kabel cable (CYSY 5 x 4mm 2 ) zakončený vidlicí 32 A je
připojen přímo do hlavního vypínače kompresoru.
Kompresor je poháněn asynchronním elektromotorem s kotvou
nakrátko.
Automatický provoz v nastaveném rozsahu provozního přelaku
zabezpečuje mikroprocesorový řídící automat.

2.2. ROZVADĚČ
Rozvaděč je umístěn v pravé části kompresoru za ovládacím
panelem.
Elektrické přístroje jsou přístupné po demontáži ovládacího
panelu.
Ovládací panel na čelní straně krytu je součástí rozvaděče.
Podrobný popis elektrického zařízení a schéma el. zapojení jsou
uvedeny v technické zprávě el. rozvaděče, která je v příloze
tohoto návodu.
Výstraha !
Elektrické zařízení kompresoru je pod napětím i při vypnutém
"Vypínači ovládání". Při práci je nutné zařízení odpojit od el.
sítě externím hlavním vypínačem.
Výstraha !
Po připojení na síť je nutné překontrolovat správný smysl
otáčení kompresoru je vyznačen na čelním víku kompresoru
(na krytu motoru).
Při opačném smyslu otáčení kompresor ihned odstavte a
přepojte fáze napřívodním kabelu.
Hrozí nebezpečí zničení stroje !
COMPRESSOR ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
DESCRIPTION OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
The compressor set is connected to the 3/N/PE AC 400/230V, 50Hz.
The supply cable cable (CYSY 5 x 4mm
terminating plug 32 A is connected directly to the compressor main
switch.
The compressor is driven by an asynchronous electromotor with
short-circuit armature.
Automatic operation within the preset air overpressure range is
guaranteed by the control unit.

ELECTROCASE
The switchboard is located inside the right part of compressor unit.
The switchboard accesable after opening of the control panel.
The control panel is located on the compressor unit front side.
Electrical Equipment report and electric scheme is in attachment.
Warning !
Electric equipment is under power even if the "Main switch" is
on. In course of maintenance activities must be external main
switch off (unit must be disconnected from power net).
Warning !
If reverse sense of rotation of the phase on the supply cable,
control unit blocking the start and control lamp "Motor rotation"
is on. When reverse sense of rotation is established, change the
phase on the supply cable.

BESCHREIBUNG DER ELEKTROANLAGE
Die Schaltanlage wird in Netz 3/N/PE AC 400V/50Hz angeschloßen.
Zuleitungskabel (CYSY 5 x 4mm
) furnished with a

Schaltanlage angeschlossen.
Der Verdichter wird von einem asynchronen Elektromotor angetrieben.
Der automatische Betrieb im eingestellten Bereich für den Betriebsdruck
sichert die automatische Steuerungsanlage des Kompressors.
(siehe Schema der Elektroinstallation)
SCHALTANLAGE
Die elektrische Schaltanlage ist im recht Kasten dem Kompressor hinter
dem Steuerpanel angebracht.
Die Schaltanlage ist nach der Demontieren des Steuerpanel zugänglich.
Das Steuerpanel ist an der Frontseite der Kompressoranlage angebracht.
Technische Beschreibung
Elektroinstallation sind in der Beilage dieser Anleitung.
Warnung !
Bei einschaltenem Hauptschalter ist die Elektroeinrichtung unter der
Spannung. Bei der Arbeit wird die Elektroeinrichtung nötig von
Elektronetz durch Hauptschalter und die Zuleitungskabel mit Gabel
ausschalten.
Warnung!
Nach dem Netzanschluß die richtige Elektromotor-Drehrichtung und
damit auch Schraubenblock-Drehrichtung kontrollieren. Die richtige
Drehsinn ist mit Pfeil am Verdichter (Electromotordeckel) bestimmt
Beim ungekehrten Drehsinn der Kompressor aofort abstellen und und
Phasen am Zuleitungskabel umschalten.
Es droht die Gefahr eines Maschienenschadens !
