Care and maintenance

Turn off the fan heater, unplug it and let it cool thoroughly before cleaning.
Wipe the fan heater casing clean with a soft cloth.
Switch off the fan heater, unplug it from the wall socket and store the fan heater in
a dry, dust-free place if it will not be used for an extended period.
Make sure that you regularly
vacuum clean the air inlet and
outlet.
The inlet filter should be removed
and carefully vacuum cleaned
(set the vacuum cleaner to low
power). Press down the catch
and remove the filter holder with
the filter and remove the filter from
the holder.
Vacuum clean the filter, the filter
holder and the air inlet on the fan
heater and then replace the filter
and filter holder.
Troubleshooting guide
The fan heater
does not start.
The fan heater
starts but stops
after a short time.
Error codes:
Is the power switch (6) on the rear switched on?
Has the thermostat turned off the fan heater?
Check the temperature setting.
Is the plug securely connected to the wall socket?
Check that the wall socket is live.
The temperature setting is set lower than the current room
temperature. Check the temperature setting.
E1 or E2: Fault in the temperature sensor or its connections.
Contact our Customer Services department.
E3: The tip-over switch has tripped. Raise the fan heater to
its normal position. It should now function normally again.
FF: The overheating protection has tripped. Unplug
the product from the wall socket and let it cool down.
It should then function normally again.
