3.7.1. Important information to note
before diving:
• Check the waterproof casing. Remove
any dirt, sand or other particles with a
dry cloth.
• Ensure that the waterproof casing is
not scratched or cracked.
• Ensure that there are no cracks on the
rear section of the waterproof casing.
• Check that the casing is firmly closed.
• Do not throw the camera into the wa-
ter or jump into the water while hold-
ing the camera as the force of such
movements may cause water to pene-
trate inside the camera.
