Before you start

Assembly

Read the operator's manual carefully to ensure that you assemble the product correctly.
Using a product that has been incorrectly assembled could lead to an accident or serious injury.

Before you start
Operation shaft assembly
Stand the engine upright on a level surface.
Fit the operation shaft ensuring that it is correctly engaged.
Tighten bolts (M5×20) to fasten the operation shaft.
U-handle assembly
Install the left handle in the handle support and fix it by lightly
tightening bolts (M5×35) .
Adjust inclination of handle to adequate position (easy to op-
erate) and firmly tighten bolts (M5×35).
Install the right handle in the bracket.
Position the handle in comfortable operating position and
tighten bolts (M5×25).
To eliminate loosening of throttle wire fix it to shaft tube (2
places) with wire fixing clips.
After assembly, adjust the play of wire end on carburettor
side to 1 mm - 2 mm.
