MEASURING OPERATION

1. Press the button to enter body fat mode.
The height figure will be blinking.
2. Set Height:

Press [ ] / [ ] button to increase/decrease height input.
Press button to confirm height input. The age
icons will be blinking.
3. Set Age:
▲ ▼
Press [ ] / [ ] button to increase/decrease age input.
Press button to confirm age input. The gender
icons will be blinking.
4. Set Gender:
▲ ▼
Press [ ] / [ ] button to toggle between male and
female icons. Press
normal/athlete mode icon will be blinking.
5. Set Normal or Athlete Mode:

and athlete (A) mode icons.
N.B. : The Athlete Mode selection is only available to
those aged 18 or older. For those age 17 or under, this
step is automatically by-passed.

6. Measuring:
Step on the scale with bare feet. Stand still while
the weight is being computed. The screen displays
the weight for 2 seconds and starts computing body
fat and body water.
7. The screen displays "half zeros" to show the
progress in measurement.
The body fat and total body water measurements finish
with 1 long beep.
Stay on the scale. The percentage body fat, the
percentage total body water, and the weight will be
displayed sequentially 4 times.

after stepping off the scale.
