Bracket for add-on supports

Mount bracket for add-on supports (A) to longitu-
dinal support (T) using bolt (B) and both dowel
pins (V) (fig. 3-4). Use the content of bag U.
Attention!
If the control bars are not mounted,
the Helipede Rotary Windrower is
unstable and has to be secured
against rolling away and lateral
tilting!

Mounting the control bars

Mount reversing lever (U) with washer (C) and
circlip (D).
Mount the middle part of the control bar (M) with
the three plastic bearing clamps (K).
Use pin (O) to fit the front end of steering rod (V)
or the steering cylinder (Y) (in case of the „2 sin-
gle swaths" option) to the coupling points of the
3-pt headstock and secure using two roll pins (G).
Connect the middle part (M), the front part (V)
and the rear part (H) of the control bar using bolt
(Z) and secure with split pin and washer.
Connect the rear part of the control bar (M) and
the reversing lever (U) using bolt (B) and secure
with split pin and washer.
Connect control bars (L) with reversing lever (U)
using bolt (E) and secure with split pin and washer.
Control bars (L) are connected to control lever
(A) with bolt (Z) and secured with split pin and
washer.
Control levers (A) must face forward in direction
of travel (fig. 3-5).
The wheels then face outward. Use the content
of bag E for the above mounting.
Attention!
The collar of the bolts must always
face upward!
