8. Neutralzone:
In diesem Menü kann der Bereich der Neutralzone vorgegeben
werden. Es gibt drei Möglichkeiten, schmal, normal und breit.
Die beiden folgenden Bilder verdeutlichen den Vorgang und
stellen die einzelnen Bereiche, sowohl für Knüppel-, als auch für
Pistolengriff-Anlagen, dar.

9. Timing:
Für einen bürstenlosen Motor ist es wichtig die richtige Timing-
vorgabe zu konfigurieren. Dieser Regler kann optimal ange-
passt werden. Bitte beachten Sie die Angaben des Motor-
herstellers. Grundsätzlich gilt, je höher das Timing gewählt
wird, umso höher ist die Leistungsabgabe des Motors, bei deut-
lich erhöhter Stromaufnahme. Ein falsch gewähltes Timing
kann zu Stottern des Motors und im extrem Fall zur Über-
hitzung und Zerstörung von Regler und Motor führen!
10. Motorart:
Der Regler ist ausschließlich für den Einsatz von bürstenlosen
Motoren (BL) vorgesehen, es gibt keine weiteren Optionen in
diesem Bereich.
11. Übertemperatur:
Der Regler ist mit einem wirkungsvollen Übertemperaturschutz
ausgestattet. Der Motor wird abgeschaltet, sobald die Schwelle
von 95°C für eine Zeitdauer von 5 Sek. überschritten wird.
Dieser Zustand wird durch grünes Blinklicht der LED
angezeigt. Die Funktion darf nicht deaktiviert werden.
Um die Programmierung über Setup-Taste
zu umgehen, kann der Regler auch bequem
über die separat erhältliche Programmierkar-
te (Art.Nr. 08 1454) programmiert werden.

8. Neutral Zone:
The 'neutral Zone', which is the area between forwards and
reverse or braking can be set to 'Narrow', 'Normal' or 'Wide' as
shown in the illustration below. This Zone can be set for both
'stick' or 'pistol-grip' type transmitters as shown.

9. Timing:
It is important that the correct timing is selected for a Brushless
motor and you can set the timing here. Please refer to you
motor's instructions for the correct setting. As a rule of thumb,
raising the timing will increase the output of your motor but at
the cost of a higher current draw. The wrong timing could
cause cogging and in worst case overheat and damage of
the ESC and the Motor!
10. Motor Type:
This ESC has been exclusively designed for use with Brushless
motors and so you cannot make any changes here.
11. Temp. Cut-Off:
The ESC is equipped with an accurate temperature sensor
which will switch the unit off if a temperature of 95°C is
exceeded for 5 seconds or more. This situation will be indicated
by a flashing green LED. This function should not be disabled.
To avoid the programming procedere with
the set up botton, you can all so use the se-
peratly available Programmcard
(Ord.No. 08 1454).
