Battery replacement

1. To replace the battery, separate the two piston sleeve housing halves (see pages 4 & 5 – follow steps
3 & 4). On the back of the front housing half, undo the two self tapping screws (Drawing 8) using
no.0 pozi screwdriver. These screws hold the display case onto the front piston sleeve
2. Remove the display case (Drawing 9)
3. Carefully unclip the battery from it's seating and replace (Drawing 9). Please note to insert the new
battery with the positive pole to the right looking at the back of the unit
Use only Lithium Thionyl Chloride 3.6V batteries
4. With battery inserted display will flash 'CAL'. Press 'ON' button to cancel
5. Reassemble and follow quick zero reset procedure on page 7 before further use

'ON' + 'UP' revert to user calibration
'ON' + 'DOWN' revert to factory settings
