Getting started.
1. speedview Transmitter set-up:
1.1 remove the Transmitter unit from the box.
1.2 remove the 4 screws with a small phillips head
screwdriver.
1.3 remove the backing plate and the rubber gasket.
1.4 carEFullY install 2 x nEw aaa 1.5v Batteries.
(Ensure polarity as indicated on the battery tray.)
1.5 replace the rubber gasket and the backing plate.
1.6 replace the 4 screws. Ensure screws are tight and
secure. (please do not over tighten these screws to
avoid damaging the receiver unit housing.)
nB: iF ThE BaTTEriEs arE rEmovED or
rEplacED From ThE uniT, ThE sYsTEm will
need to be re-sync'd. refer to section 11.2

2. Speedview Receiver Set-Up/Auto syncing setup:
2.1 remove the speedview headset/receiver unit from
the box.
2.2 unzip the pouch and gently remove the receiver
unit. Be carEFul not to disconnect the motor to
receiver unit wire link. (This motor cable runs inside
the dual layer strap for protection purposes.
The cable must alwaYs remain inside the dual
layer strap when in use.)
2.3 remove the single screw in the back of the receiver
unit using a small phillips head screwdriver.
2.4 remove Backing plate.
2.5 connect the lithium-ion Battery pack wire to the
internal receiver unit wire. (please ensure that the
connectors are correctly slotted tightly together,
this may require adequate pressure.)
2.6 as soon as the Battery is connected the motor will
audibly activate for approximately 0.5 of a second to
indicate successful connection.
2.7 immediately press the Transmitter speedbutton.
Your Transmitter and receiver units will be
automatically synchronised – The motor will spin for
a further 0.5 seconds to indicate a successful sync.
As shown in fig.1. (to reconfirm the unit has been
correctly synchronised press the speedbutton once
where the motor will spin for over a second.)

2.8 insert the lithium-ion Battery pack (rXv601) back
into the receiver unit ensuring it is in the correct
orientation as illustrated in fig.2. (Gently Press the
battery pack into the internal housing. please take
care not to crimp any wires.)

2.9 replace the receiver unit Backing plate and single
screw ensuring the fixing screws are correctly
tightened. (please do not over tighten these screws
to avoid damaging the receiver unit housing.)
2.10 carefully push the receiver unit into its pouch and
zip up. please ensure all cables are correctly routed/
threaded within the dual layer strap which will protect
these cables ensuring that your speedview unit
performs each and every time.
2.11 nB: if the lithium-ion battery pack is removed or
replaced from the unit, the system will need to be
re-sync'd. refer to section 11.2 for instructions to
sync speedview.
3. Loading New Speedrolls:
removing the cover: (please take care when
removing and replacing this cover.)
3.1 unclip the right hand side. Do not pull apart just yet.

3.2 press the clip on the right hand side in towards the
centre of the goggle; this will release the internal
sliders. As shown in fig.4.

3.3 repeat step 1 and 2 on the left hand side of
the cover. (This will release the entire front cover to
allow for speedroll replacement.)
