• Use in hazardous areas according to the classification
(Group II, category 1G, apparatus for gas atmosphere).
II 1G
The unit conforms to the requirements of EN50014, EN50020, EN50284,
EN1127-1 and EN60947-5-6.
II 2G
(Group II, category 2G, apparatus for gas atmosphere).
The unit conforms to the requirements of EN50014, EN50020 and
EN60947-5-6.

(Group II, category 1D, apparatus for dust atmosphere).
The requirements of the prEN 61241-0, IEC 61241-11 (31H/171/CDV),
EN 60947-5-6 standards are met.

Installation / Setup
Only qualified staff with a knowledge of protection classes, regulations and
provisions for apparatus in hazardous locations may install, connect and set up
the units.
Check whether the classification (see "Marking" above and marking on the
unit) is suitable for the application.
