Pizza oven Use instructions
Warm the baking stone, placing the temperature knob (1) to the maximum temperature, set the timer
(2) for 15 minutes and turn both heating elements (8) on using the proper knob (3).
Indicator light turns off automatically when reach temperature. If the temperature drops than the set
temperature indicator turns on.
NOTE: If during operation of oven, the cover is opened, the oven will turn off and the baking stone
stops spinning; this is thanks to the security system of the pizza oven.
Before placing any type of pizza (homemade, baker, frozen, etc.) on the hearthstone, wait 15 minu-
tes of warm-up turns out to be good hot, be careful to don't burn yourself.
In the case of frozen pizzas, remove all packaging before placing pizza on the baking stone.
Fired pizza, close the lid.
Set the temperature knob to desired temperature. Select heating elements above, below or both.
Select cooking time with the timer.

Cooking times are approximate.
During cooking, the temperature indicator turns on and off automatically as the internal thermostat
regulates the temperature in order to keep it constant on the set temperature.
In case of using frozen pizza, you may want to pull it out of the freezer and leave at room tempera-
ture for 10-15 minutes before cooking.
Do not drop part of pizza toppings that you are going to cook (oil, tomato, mozzarella, etc..) on the
baking stone; this would lead to absorption of liquid part of these ingredients from the baking stone.
These dressings should be prepared in a way that they remain only on pizza, without falling on the
baking stone.
In some cases, pizza can grow as to reach heating elements, burning. Always monitor through the
window to check pizza cooking especially in case of pizzas containing self-raising.
Do not carry pizza by baking stone; always leave the baking stone in its place. Remove it only when
the oven is off and has cooled for cleaning it.
Remove the pizza with a non-metallic spatula, do not cut pizza directly onto the baking stone, you
might ruin.
Once cooked, place the temperature knob to MIN, function selector to OFF and the timer to 0.
Disconnect the plug from the electrical outlet.
