ATTENTION! Do not use the unit near objects
filled with water (bath, swimming pool etc.).
- When using the unit in a bathroom, discon-
nect it immediately after usage, pull the plug
out of the socket, as when water is near it is
dangerous even if the switch is off;
- For additional protection you can install a
residual current device with nominal current
of operation, not exceeding 30 mA into the
mains of the bathroom while installation re-
fer to a specialist;
Attention! Place the unit on a flat, stable and
heat-resistant surface.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, especially
when children are present, it is necessary to
follow basic safety measures, including the
following:
CAREFULLY READ ALL THE
INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE UNIT.
In order to avoid electric shock:
• Before switching on, make sure that your
home electricity supply corresponds to the
voltage of current specified on the housing.
• Always unplug the unit after usage and be-
fore cleaning. Hold by the plug, do not pull
the cord. Do not touch the plug with wet
hands.
• Do not keep the unit in places where it can
fall into a bath or a basin, filled with water;
do not immerse the unit into water or other
liquids.
• Do not use the unit near aerosols or inflam-
mable liquids.
• Do not put the unit on soft surfaces (bed or
sofa), do not cover it.
• Provide that the power cord does not hang
over the table edge.

• Do not use while bathing.
• Do not immerse the unit into water or other
liquids.
• If the unit fell into water, unplug it immedi-
ately, only after it you can take it out of wa-
ter.
• Never leave the operating unit unattended.
• Do not use the unit to style synthetic wigs.
• When children or disabled people use a
unit it is necessary to be especially careful.
Children are allowed to use the unit only if
they are given all the necessary instructions
concerning using of the unit and injuries
that can appear due to improper usage of
the unit.
• Use the unit only for its functions described
in these instructions.
• Never use the unit if the power cord or the
plug is damaged; if the unit malfunctions or
after it fell into water. Apply to the authorized
service centre for repair.
• Keep the power cord away from heated sur-
faces.
• Do not twist the power cord and do not wind
it over the unit.
• Do not use the unit when you are drowsy.
• Avoid contact of heated surfaces with your
face, neck and other parts of your body.
• Before touching metal parts let them cool
down.
• Be careful! The operating surface remains
hot for some time after switching off of the
unit.
• Do not put the operating unit on heat-sensi-
tive surfaces, wait till it cools down.
• Before you take the unit away, let it cool
down, do not wind the power cord around
the unit.
• Periodically check the integrity of the power
cord.
• Before using of the unit unwind the cord at
full length.
• For styling hair should be dry.
