2 Divide the hair into locks.

3 Take a lock of hair, open the clip by
pressing the lever and position the lock
between the barrel and the clip.
4 Release the lever. Slide the barrel to the
end of the lock.Wind the hair round the
tong. Make sure the end of the lock is
wound in the required direction.
- Do not wind too much hair round the barrel at
a time.
- The thinner the lock of hair, the tighter the curl
will be.
- Do not wind a lock of hair more than twice
round the barrel.
- Make sure the lock of hair is in contact with the
barrel.
5 Switch the appliance on by selecting speed
setting ~ or 6.
6 Keep the curling tong in your hair until the
hair is warm to the touch.

As soon as the hair is warm to the touch, you
can direct a cool airflow at the hair to fix your
style for long-lasting results. Switch the
appliance to 6 (blue) for cool air to cool
down the curls.
7 Switch the appliance off and turn the
curling tong in the opposite direction until
you can open the clip.
