2.5.1. Light emitting diodes H1 and H2
H1 green:
Unit in operation
H2 yellow:
No significance for the user
2.5.2. Selector switch W12 for line voltage
The unit is set to the line voltage with the jumper W12.
Position 1:
Line voltage 400 ... 460 V AC (standard setting)
Position 2:
Line voltage 230 ... 380 V AC
2.5.3. Selector switch W34 for line frequency
The unit is set to the line frequency with the jumper W34.
Position 3:
Line frequency 60 Hz
Position 4:
Line frequency 50 Hz (standard setting)
2.5.4. Trimming resistor R22 for minimum torque
The setting range of the output voltage can be limited to a minimum value with trimmer R22.
In this way a defined minimum torque can be set for the setpoint 0%.
2.5.5. Trimming resistor R18 for maximum torque
The setting range of the output voltage can be limited to a maximum value with trimmer R18.
In this way a defined maximum torque can be set for the setpoint 100%.
2.5.6. Trimming resistor R31 for modulation limitation
The maximum output voltage is preset with trimmer R31 in the factory in order to avoid overload of the
torque adjuster on the part of the user. The trimming resistor is lacquered and should be adjusted only in
special cases.
2.5.7. Trimming resistor R36 for basic voltage setting
The basic voltage of the control IC and thus the entire modulation range of the adjuster can be shifted down
or up with trimmer R36. The trimming resistor is lacquered and should be adjusted only in special cases.
2.5.8. Trimming resistor R23 for ramp time
The ramp time of the ramp-function generator can be set in the range of 0 to 10 seconds with the trimmer
R23. The trimmer is equipped only for the additional option "HI" (see type code).
