Please read the following instructions carefully to avoid malfunc-
tions, damage and injuries:
 Please read these operating instructions carefully.
 The device is not intended for continuous professional operation. The device
is intended to be used in closed rooms only and in similar applications such
as: staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments; farm
houses; by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
bed and breakfast type environments. The use in any other way is not consid-
ered as intended use.
 Do not leave packing materials lying around carelessly. Plastic bags etc. can
be dangerous toys for children.
 Keep the unit out of the reach of small children.
 Never immerse the pepper mill in water or other fluids.
 Only fill the container with pepper or salt.
 Only use the unit indoors in dry rooms or in environments protected against
moisture.
 Do not subject the unit to high temperatures and high vibrations.
 Do not subject the unit to excessive mechanical loads.
Remove the batteries from the unit if not using it for a longer period of time of

if the batteries are flat.
 Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries, disassemble, burn or short-
circuit batteries.
 Do not clean the unit's components with aggressive detergents or cleaning
spirits. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean.
 Do not disassemble the unit. It does not contain any parts serviceable by you.

ment. Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself.
