5. Manual Operation

Press to access the user interface for manual massage functions. You can adjust intensity and
gauge, back extension, upper airbag massage, lower airbag massage, calf pressure, foot rollers,
negative oxygen ions, heat and other massage functions.
Select to exit the user interface.

5.1 Manual Operation – Usage
• In the user interface for the manual massage function, you can choose between the functions for
back stretching, and settings for speed and gauge.
• Manual Operation (usage): There are six different massage techniques: kneading, tapping,
kneading and tapping, Shiatsu, 3D and shoulder. In the tapping and Shiatsu massage modes,
you can adjust the gauge of the robot's massage heads. The speed of the massage can be
adjusted for all massage techniques. You can exit the manual massage user interface with just
one click .

3D Massage In addition to speed and intensity, there are four different types of 3D
modes which can also be adjusted.
Kneading Speed and intensity can be set to suit your wishes.
Kneading & A combination of kneading and tapping functions. You can adjust speed
tapping and intensity.
Shoulder The shoulder-grip function relieves tension in the neck and shoulder mus-
cles. You can also adjust speed and intensity.
Tapping Click this button twice to select from two different tapping massage meth-
ods. You can adjust speed, gauge and intensity.
Shiatsu Press this button several times to select from two different methods of
Shiatsu massage. Additionally, you can adjust speed, gauge and intensity.
5.2 Manual Operation – Back Stretching
• Manual Operation (area of massage): Includes massage functions such as point-by-point, partial,
total, upper back area or lower back area.
• Click on the corresponding stretch mode icon to select the individual massage.
• Selecting a massage area without an active massage function activates the rolling mode.
