4.6. Hand held Control Panel with Memory- Positions

The optional hand held control panel is connected with a helix cable to the control
unit under the seat. Attach panel to any desired position using the hook on the back-
side. Make sure however that the helix cord is not exposed to squashing or pinching
by any moving parts of the chair.
To enter a memory position please follow the steps below:
- move chair, incl. head rest, to desired position using the control buttons
- briefly press „S" button, thereafter the button(1-2-3) to which this position
should be assigned
- a brief audible „beep" confirms the successful storage of desired position
The following positions are frequently chosen
- Position 1 Ingress and Egress, chair fully low, back rest vertical, head rest fully
back
Position 2 Preparation, back rest half way reclined, chair convenient for medi-

cal staff, head rest forward
Position 3, operating position

Head Rest Up / Down

4.6.1. Reference procedure

Once daily, after each change of battery, or if memorized positions are not
found properly, please perform a reference procedure, following the steps be-
low.
