3. Intended use
The SC 500 is intended for use as a surgical chair. Any other use of the product is not
permitted.
o The SC 500 is designed for a maximum patient weight of 200 kg (440 lbs) (EN
60601-2-46 particular requirements for safety of operating tables).
o The headrest is designed for a maximum load of 20 kg.
