Note:
Use a sufficiently strong rope which is resistant to water and to UV-radiation.
In the case of continuous use of the pump with the rope, the condition of the rope must be
checked regularly as it can decay and break over time.
Connect pressure pipe
For occasional use, use a suitable water hose.
– Push the hose firmly onto the hose adapter and secure with a hose clamp.

Installation

– Lower the pump into the pump shaft.
– If the depth is greater than 3 m, clip the connection cable to the rope at regular intervals, using
corrosion-resistant clips.
Note:
If the connection cable is not clamped, it can happen that the connection cable jams the
pump when it is being drawn out.
– Tighten the end of the rope firmly after lowering.
Note:
Do not operate the pump without pressure hose. Avoid the pump rotating around its lon-
gitudinal axis.

Operation

NOTICE!
Risk of damage to the appliance!
Do not allow the appliance to dry-run (minimum water level: ▸ Technical data – p. 23).
– Plug in the mains plug.
