Druckprüfung
Dichtigkeitsprüfung nur mit neutralem Medium,
wie z. B. Wasser, durchführen.
Der Prüfdruck darf den maximalen Druck von
1,5 × PN, höchstens aber PN +5 bar, nicht
überschreiten.
Beachten Sie hierbei auch den zulässigen Druck
anderer Anlagenkomponenten.

Wartung und Instandsetzung
Druckhalteventile
Betrieb keine Wartung.
Es reicht aus, periodisch zu prüfen, ob das
Anzugsmoment an den Schrauben (12/16) dem
Tabellenwert »Abb. 2» entspricht.
Bei Leckagen oder sonstigen Störungen ist
nach »Abb. 3« und »Abb. 4« vorzugehen.

Maintenance and repair

that the tightening torque on the screws (12/
16) complies with the value in the table

Proceed according to »fig. 3« and to »fig. 4« in
the event of leakages or other malfunctions.
