Troubleshooting

Cause
Power Plug unplugged
Switched OFF
No Water in the tank
Wall Socket not ok
Power Cord damaged
Trigger is engaged by the
child-proof lock
Floor cloth too wet
Base is not lying evenly on
the wooden floor
Too many water in the tank
No Water in the tank
Steam cleaner stands for too
long on the same place
Lime Scale in the Water Tank
Solution
Plug in
Press ON/OFF Switch
Fill in Water
Use another wall socket
Check circuit breaker
Have the steam cleaner
repaired by a professional
Release the lock by pressing
to the left
Take new floor cloth
Steam Cleaner might rise
wood floor, let floor dry fully
Switch OFF, Let the
appliance cool down, empty
the water
Fill in Water
Wipe the place with
household white vinegar or
alternatively reheat the place
for one minute and residue
should be removed
Attention: Do not overheat
wood floors!
