Troubleshooting

Cause
Power Plug unplugged
Switched OFF
No Water in the tank
Wall Socket not ok
Floor cloth too wet
Base is not lying evenly on
the floor
Too many water in the tank
No Steam in the tank
Floor steam cleaner in the
same place for too long
Solution
Plug in
Press ON/OFF Switch
Fill in Water
Use another wall socket
Check circuit breaker
Take new floor cloth
Floor Steam Cleaner might
rise wood floor, let floor dry
fully
Switch OFF, Let the
appliance to cool down,
empty the water
Fill in Water
Remove with household
white vinegar or alternatively
reheat the place for one
minute and residue should be
removed
Attention: Do not overheat
wood floors!
