The factory setting is a deactivated alarm.
Enter the following key combination to set the alarm time:
74 01 to 99 minutes
Example for programming alarm duration to 43 minutes:
74 43
The factory setting is a 1 minute alarm duration.

10.12 Assigning Security Function for "OUTPUT 1" (E)

a) Deactivating Security Function
Enter the following key combination to deactivate the security function:
8 00
b) Alarm for Incorrect Input
You can assign the connection clamp "ALM OUT" to switch to ground (GND) potential after
10 incorrect code entries or after 10 incorrect registrations through invalid ID cards or one "valid"
ID card registration and 5 incorrect user number entries.
The alarm can be deactivated using a valid ID card, by entering a valid code or with a valid card
+ valid user number.
Enter the following key combination to activate the alarm for incorrect input:
8 01
c) Setting number of incorrect entries until alarm sounds
With this program you can set after how many incorrect entries (possible adjustable number of
entries varies between 03 and 10) and for how long (adjustable time in minutes varies between
01 and 99) the keypad will be locked after the appropriate number of incorrect entries has been
made.
Please note that this programming causes the "ALM OUT" function, described
in section b), be disabled in case of false entries.
