Intended use

This product has been designed for
private use as a protection against
wind and sun. The beach shelter's
material is not permanently water-
tight. For this reason it should not be
used in the rain.
The product is not intended for
commercial use.

CAUTION!
RISK OF INJURY!
• WARNING! Risk of trapping fin-
gers when folding and unfolding
the poles. Make sure that other
people, especially children, are
not in the vicinity of the product.
• Make sure that all parts are
undamaged and correctly assem-
bled. There is a risk of injury if
incorrectly assembled.
• Damaged parts can affect safety
and function. Damaged parts
should no longer be used.
• Do not leave children unsuper-
vised! The product is not for climb-
ing on or playing with! Make sure
that people, especially children,
do not climb on the product or
lean against it.
• The product might overbalance
and overturn. Injuries and/or dam-
age can result.
• Under no circumstances should
you erect or dismantle the product
in extreme weather conditions, e.g.
in strong winds.
• For a location select a surface that
is as firm and level as possible.
• Never hammer the pegs into the
ground forcefully! If necessary
extend any slack in the guys with
the aid of a loop and reposition
the peg.
• Check regularly that all connect-
ing points are intact and secure
and check for slack guys and firm
seating of the pegs.
• Do not remove any sewn-on tags,
labels, or instruction signs.
• WARNING! Do not use as a tent
for camping!
• WARNING! The product is made
from combustible material. Do not
use naked flame inside or in the
vicinity of the beach shelter!
• WARNING! The beach shelter
may not be closed completely
when there are people inside.
• When the product is set up there
is a risk of stumbling over tension
cords/guys.
Take into account the
weather and meteorolog-
ical conditions.
• Take the product down if the wind
picks up or there are other ad-
verse weather conditions.
• Do not make the shelter too taut
when setting up, because it may
then not be able to adapt to
changing weather conditions and
become damaged.
• Zips are wearing parts and do not
fall under the terms of the warran-
ty.
• Do not use insect spray inside or
on the beach shelter.
• Small leaks at the seams can be
repaired with a seam sealer spray.
• A waterproofing spray can be
used for the tent skin.
Assembly
Note: Do not set up the product
with the opening facing the prevail-
ing wind direction.
1. Lay out the product (1) flat on the
ground and fold open the poles
(1c) by hand. Make sure that
the quick-up system (1a) is in the
middle (fig. B)
2. Stand behind the beach shelter
(1). Pull the cords (1b) until the
product fully unfolds and the
quick-up system locks into place
(fig. B).
3. Connect the cords (1b) to a knot
to prevent any sudden collapse of
the product (fig. C).
4. Insert the pegs (2) into the loops
at the corners and sides of the
beach shelter
and secure the
pegs in the ground (fig. D).
5. Fill the sewn-on sand pockets with
sand to give the product addition-
al support
(fig. D).
6. Attach the tension cords (3) at the
loops (1e) provided for this (fig.
D).
7. Insert the pegs (2) into the loops
at the ends of the tension cords
and secure the pegs (2) in the
ground (fig. D).
