Intended Use

The SensoTrans® P 32200 strain gauge transmitters provide connec-
tion possibilities for all standard strain-gauge force transducers and
strain-gauge load cells in full bridge confi guration. The confi guration
is automatically recognized (external or internal supply).
The output signal is adjustable to 0 / 4 ... 20 mA, or 0 ... 5 / 10 V.
The calibrated range selection is performed using DIP and rotary
encoder switches. Alternatively, the devices can be confi gured via an
IrDA interface located in the upper part of the unit. The device comes
with 24 V DC power supply and galvanic 3-port isolation.
Prior to commissioning and after each change of the confi guration,
you must check the intended function of the transmitter (see Safety
Manual, section 5.1 "Functional Checks").
