Issue Probable Cause Solution

Your appliance is processed via Quality Control against any malfunction.
However if it is not operational due to any reason, ensure that you have tried the
solutions specified in the table below before contacting Fakir Authorized Service.
PROBLEM
LED is not lit.
The LED is on but
bubbling.
It slightly bubbles.
In the middle of the
operation, the LED
of the start button is
continuously flashing
with a beep sound.
After the sterilization
water production
process is completed,
the appliance does not
operate by pressing the
Start Button.
Even after the process
is complete, the LED is
still on.
Your appliance is processed via Quality Control against any malfunction.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The adapter (and the plug)
may not be connected
properly.
Spray Bottle may not be
properly installed in the
body.
Pure water or mineral water
might have been used
instead of tap water.
Less than 400 ml water and
0,5 g salt may have been
added.
After the previous process,
1 minute of waiting time
may not be over.
It is normal for the LED light
on the bottom of the Spray
Bottle and the LED for the
Start Button to continue
to light up to let you know
that the process is over
after the water production is
complete.

SOLUTION
Make sure that you have
properly connected the
adapter and the outlet.
Place the Sprayer Bottle
properly in the Body and
check that the appliance
is working.
Use only tap water. Also,
more bubbles occur when
salt is added compared
to when only tap water
is used.
If the amount of water
is insufficient and too
much salt is added, the
appliance will not operate
for safety reasons.
Run the appliance
once more after adding
recommended amount
of salt.
It is normal for the
appliance not to operate
for 1 minute after
electrolysed water is
produced.
Remove the Spray Bottle
from the Body to turn off
the LED light in the bottle.
However, this does not
allow the LED light in the
Body to turn off.
