Thickness of scanline in field evaluation monitor

Starting with the firmware version V1.60 the thickness of the scan line in the field evaluation monitor
can be changed. The default setting is the pixel size 3.

Full screen field evaluation monitor

The field evaluation monitor now provides the opportunity to be displayed in full screen.
To switch to full screen the following button needs to be pressed.
To swich back to standard the following button needs to be pressed.
