MEMORY FUNCTION
The thermometer stores the previous 9 measurements. The last
measurement appears on the display when the thermometer is turned on.
Replacing the battery
Before using the product, remove the plastic film between the battery's
poles and the contacts.
Replace the battery when the 'flat battery' icon
display.
