MECHANICAL THERMOSTAT
SETTING THE TEMPERATURE INSIDE THE TB25AM
You can set the temperature of the TB25AM refrigerator by using the thermostat knob. Turn the knob clock-
wise to lower the inside temperature, turn it counterclockwise to raise it. The refrigerator automatically chang-
es the number of revs according to the temperature which as been set and the actual inside temperature.
FILLING
Never put hot food in the refrigerator. Place the products so they do not strike against other products or
break them when the lorry is running. When it is running, make sure the lid is tight shut, and leave it open
as little as possible. When you are not using it, keep the lid open to afford ventilation.
DEFROSTING
When the layer of ice becomes thicker than 4 mm, you must defrost the refrigerator. To do so, turn the
refrigerator off. Do not use sharp tools to remove layers of frost or ice. Wait till it has melted completely,
then dry the refrigerator and turn it back on only after these operations have been completed.

MAINTENANCE

• Regularly clean the inside and outside of the refrigerator using only warm water and a neutral detergent.
• Subsequent to washing, rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly using a soft cloth.
• Do not use the following: special glass and mirror cleaning products, liquid, powder, or spray detergents,
alcohol, ammonia or abrasive products.
• If you are not using the refrigerator, we suggest cleaning it well inside and leaving the door ajar to ven-
tilate the interior.
