„Hama single cable system "
Mount the "Hama single cable system" in front of the first socket, in a dry room with a
230 volt AC connection and access to the building's coaxial cable distribution.
Coaxial cable connection between LNB and Hama one cable solution
• When using a quad-LNB
Connect the horizontal high (LOF 10.6 GHz.) output to the "horizontal in" input of the
"Hama single cable system".
Connect the vertical high (LOF 10.6 GHz.) output to the "vertical in" input of the
"Hama single cable system".
Seal the F connector at the LNB against moisture. Connect a 75 Ω termination resistor
to the unused horizontal low and vertical low outputs.
• When using a twin LNB or quad-switch LNB
Connect both the outputs of the twin LNB or quad-switch LNB to the horizontal and
vertical inputs. Since the "Hama single cable system" provides a 22 kHz signal and the
required 13 V and 17 V shielded conductors, it is not important where the outputs are
connected. Connect a 75 Ω termination resistor to the unused outputs (quad-switch LNB).
Please note: Protect the F-plug at the LNB against humidity.
