The hole must be protected, on the outside with a
permanent ventilation grille suitable to prevent insects
and small animals from entering. In particularly windy
areas that are exposed to bad weather it is advisable
to install a rain and wind guard.
If the wall behind the stove is not an outside one, it is
possible to make a hole connecting to the outside on
an adjacent
permanently with the rooms in which the stoves are
installed by means of a transit grille.

ECOPALEX 64/76
2.3.1 Pre-assembling
1) Remove (Fig. 2.3.1.1) the top cover (3D) from the
Ecopalex 76, use a pincer to cut the pre-cut part so
that a border of 2 cm is left.
2) Fix (Fig. 2.3.1.1) the rear panel (3A) (to cover the
holes on the back panel) fitting it on the two eyelets at
the back of the Ecopalex and then fix with two screws.
3) Place (Fig. 2.3.1.2) the hood (3B) on top of the
Ecopalex, fix the two sides (3C) fitting them on the two
eyelets on the sides, place the edge on the hood (3B)
and then fix with the screws supplied.
2.4
WALL-MOUNTED BASE ASSEMBLY (FIG. 2.4)
Position the base (1) and anchor it with cement.
Position the frame (2) rest it against the wall and centre
it with respect to the two sides of the base (1), fix it to
the top of the base using the screws and bolts
supplied, making sure it is completely level.
Once the Ecopalex 64/76 is in position (3), put some
spots of silicon(S) on the upper edge of the metal
frame (as illustrated in the drawing), position the top
(4), centring it with respect to the base and level.

Durchmesser für die Ansaugung der Verbrennungsluft

Sollten im gleichen Raum mehrere Feuerstätten
vorhanden sein, ist der Querschnitt der Außenluftzufuhr
für jedes Gerät zu vergrößern, um eine Unterdruckbildung
und das Austreten von Rauch zu vermeiden.
Das Loch muss außen mit einem fix angebrachten
Schutzgitter abgedeckt werden, um den Durchgang
für Insekten und kleine Tiere zu versperren; in
besonders windigen und der Witterung ausgesetzten
Bereichen ist ein Regen- und Windschutz vorzusehen.
Sollte die Wand hinter dem Kaminofen keine
Außenwand sein, ist das Loch an einer Außenwand
des Installationsraums zu bohren.
Sollte keine der Wände des Installationsraums eine
Außenmauer sein, kann das Loch in einem
angrenzenden Raum gebohrt werden, wobei der
Luftaustausch zwischen den beiden Räumen jedoch
durch die Installation eines Lüftungsgitters ständig
gewährt werden muss.

2.3
ECOPALEX 76
2.3.1
Vorbereitung des ECOPALEX 64/76
1) Die obere (Abb. 2.3.1.1) Abdeckung (3D) des
Ecopalex 76 mit Hilfe einer Zange, den vorgestanzten
Teil so schneiden, dass ein Rand von 2 cm bleibt.
2) Die (Abb. 2.3.1.1) Rückwand (3A) fixieren, indem
sie an den beiden Öffnungen an der Rückseite des
Ecopalex eingesteckt und mit zwei Schrauben
befestigt wird (sie dient zur Abdeckung der Öffnungen
an der Rückseite).
3) Die Abzugshaube (Abb. 2.3.1.2) (3B) am Ecopalex
aufsetzen, die beiden Seitenteile (3C) durch
Einstecken der beiden Öffnungen fixieren, die Kante
auf die Abzugshaube (3B) aufsetzen und mit den
mitgelieferten Schrauben fixieren.
2.4
MONTAGE DER BASIS IN WANDAUSFÜHRUNG
(ABB. 2.4)
Das Unterteil (1) aufstellen und mit Zement
befestigen. Den Rahmen (2) an die Wand stellen und
zwischen den zwei Seitenwänden des Unterteils (1)
zentrieren, im oberen Abschnitt des Unterteils mit den
beiliegenden Schrauben und Dübeln befestigen,
darauf achten, das sich das Teil in der Waage befindet.
Nach Aufstellung des Ecopalex 64/76 (3) auf der
oberen Kante des Metallrahmens (wie in der
Zeichnung dargestellt) Silikonpunkte (S) auftragen,
die Platte (4) mittig zum Unterteil auflegen und in
Waage bringen.
