High rack position: suitable for cooking medium-sized food, such as chicken wings and pizza.
- Use the fork for rotary cooked food such as rotisserie chicken or large steaks.
- Use the rolling frying basket for chips (fresh or frozen) and other small items such as chicken nuggets
and stir fry suitable for tumbling and cooking in (halogen) air fryers.
- Use the tong when carrying food or plates or when inserting or removing the rolling frying basket in
and from the device.
ALWAYS COOK ON A RACK OR WITH THE PROVIDED ACCESSORIES.
ALWAYS USE BOTH BOWL HANDLES, WITH BOTH HANDS, WHEN REMOVING THE BOWL
PLACE THE DEVICE ON A FLAT, STABLE SURFACE, IN A PLACE WHERE IT CANNOT FALL
OPENING AND CLOSING THE LID WITH THE SAFETY LOCK
Make sure the device is cool. If it has already been used, please note that the device and accessories can be
hot! Use the correct method to open and close the device because it is equipped with a safety lock.
Raise the lid until you hear a click. The lid will now stay open and is locked. DO NOT force the lid down; this will
cause damage beyond repair and invalidate the warranty. Press the safety lock on the right-hand side of the

unit [2], while slightly pushing the lid up; the lid will unlock and can then be closed.
Fit the dual rack (choose a side for high or low position), fork or rolling frying basket. NEVER COOK WITHOUT
one of these accessories in place.Assemble the rotisserie forks; the forks can be placed using the tightening
Using the chicken spit rotisserie:
Make sure rotation is not impaired when the lid is closed and that food cannot come into contact with the heat
source or the guard inside the lid. NEVER cook if rotation is impaired or if food narrowly clears the guard inside
the lid (when closed) – this will lead to uneven cooking and shorten the life span of your device (food spatter will
damage the halogen heater; not covered by the warranty).
