Application
Grillling
The inner grill element switches on and off to main-
tain temperature. The temperature can be set within
the range of 180 – 240 °C. The default temperature is
210 °C.
Full-width grill
The inside radiant element and top element are wor-
king. The temperature can be set within the range of
180-240 °C. The default temperature is 210 °C.
Grilling/Roasting system
The inside radiant element and top element are
working with fan.
The temperature can be set within the range of 180 –
240 °C. The default temperature is 210 °C.
This is an optional function that can work with a
rotisserie motor.
Note: Most of the times best temperature: 165 °C.
Convection
Warm air heated by the rear heater is evenly distri-
buted throughout the oven very fast by means of
the fan. This results in a faster and more economical
cooking process.
The convection allows food to be cooked simulta-
neously on different shelves.
