Safety precautions - Hob
This cooktop is designed for private use and for
heating food. Use the article exclusively for its
intended purpose!
• The use of this hob generates heat and moistu-
re in the surroundings. Please make sure that
your kitchen is well ventilated. Use the options
provided or install an extraction system (e.g. an
extractor hood) if necessary. Never use the hob
in an environment with higher temperatures,
near a gas stove or a kerosene stove.
• When the system is used, it gets hot. Make sure
that you do not touch the parts of the hob, bur-
ner, pan holder and the hob surface.
• To avoid danger, never leave the stove on when
not cooking.
• Airtightly sealed dishes, such as ready-made
canned dishes, should not be heated on the hot
plate. This could cause an explosion.
• If the connecting cable is defective, interrupt
the use of the device immediately. The cable
must only be replaced by authorised specialists.
Contact the seller.
• Please do not work with uneven equipment on
the hob. This could damage the glass-ceramic
surface.
• Avoid working with sharp or pointed objects on
the hob surface - this could be damaged.
• Danger of electric shocks!
If the hob is broken, disconnect the appliance
completely from the power supply and contact
an authorized dealer. If you continue to use the
device in this state, there is a risk of life-threate-
ning electric shocks.

• Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents or
abrasives to clean the surfaces, as this could
damage the surfaces and the control knobs.
• Please use pots which are intended and suita-
ble for a higher temperature (up to 200°C, glass
ceramic field).
• Accessible parts of the hob heat up during use.
Please make sure that children cannot get near it.
• It is not a toy - do not let children play on or on
the stove.
• Never leave children unattended!
• Plastic household items (spoons, bowls, etc.)
must not be placed on the hot hob during use, as
they may melt firmly.
• Make sure that the hob is not scratched with
jewellery or sharp-edged pots, etc.
• Therefore, only use pots and pans with a flat
bottom and no edges or burrs.
• Observe the instructions for care and cleaning
of the glass ceramic. We accept no liability for
improper handling.
• If sugar or sugary food gets on the hob, it must
be removed immediately - if possible while still
hot - so that no chemical reactions are triggered
which damage the surface of the hob.
• Persons without technical instruction or persons
with physical or mental disabilities may not use
the hob.
• The seller is not responsible for improper hand-
ling or damage or problems resulting from failure
to observe the instructions.
