turn off water
•
Install tub with Exafill and connect to pipe
system
•
Testfilling of the bath tub.
•
Flushing of the pipes. (mixer open - test
inlet open) (Fig. 2)
•
Pressure test of the pipes between mixer
and flush plug (flush plug closed - mixer
open) (fig. 3). Test pressure max. 1
MPaPressure test max. 10 min
•
Check installation for tightness (Fig. 4)
•
close mixer afterwards!
Ibox in combinaton with an Exafill bath filler
with overflow and waste
•
Turn off the water at the shut off valve for
the supply pipe to the exafill
•
Disassemble the flush body
•
Insert plug in outlet for Exafill
•
Install flush body
•
Water can be opened again, feeder line to
Exafill is blocked by the plug
The residual water jet during pressure test is
taken into account. It shall remind you of closing
the mixer after the pressure test and avoid cross
flow at the mixer.
