INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Before the assembly and application of the product please read carefully the instruc-
tion. Keep these instructions for later consultations.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1
Insert the upper, free end of the main part (1) into the cross connection of the support
leg (2). Fix the two parts together with screw (10), washers (12) and nut (11) in the
first hole of the cross connection, so that the main part remains adjustable (don't
tighten the nut too firmly!). Insert the securing cotter pin (9) into the other hole - at
the crossover of support leg and main part. If you do not use your equipment any
longer, remove the cotter pin simply, draw the main part a little out from the cross
connection and you can fold up your equipment saving space.
STEP 2
Insert the rear stand foot (3) from down into the support leg (2). Put the screw,
which is fastened to the short transverse bar, at desired height from the outside
through both parts and fix them with the turning knob (8).
STEP 3
Insert a long transverse bar (6) from the outside into the support leg (2).
Depending upon exercise and body size you should use the three upper holes of the
support leg for that. Bolt the transverse bar again with a turning knob (8).
STEP 4
Insert the second long transverse bar (6) in the intended mounting plate under the
seat. In order to do that, you should push down first the foam upholstery at one end
of the bar. Fix the bar in the center with the arresting knob (13). Push the foam
upholstery back onto the free end of the bar.
GENERAL WORKOUT PRINCIPLES:
1. Warming-Up
Warm-up before each workout. Walking or running on a point, stretching and easy
stretching exercises are perfectly suitable as warm-up.
2. Breathing
Quantity
The correct breathing plays an important role during the workout. Breathe calmly
and constantly. Never stop breathing during the workout.

3. Clothing and space

Put on for the workout comfortable sports wear and pay attention that you have

enough space around you for the execution of your exercises. Always put on sport

shoes, never train shoeless, with flip-flops, socks or tights.

4. Workout tactics

Do not ask too much of you and adjust the exercises and the range of exercises
1
always to your level of proficiency. First start with just a few minutes and increase
1
the efficiency slowly from week to week. Take a break between two workout units of
1
at least one day. On principle consult your medical practitioner before starting an
2
exercise programme.

5. Cooling-down
Cool down after the workout with easy stretching exercises. That's how the pulse
can come down slowly and the body regenerates faster for the next stress as the
metabolic waste (lactate) can be better decomposed by the finishing movement.
6. Increase degree of difficulty
When you are so good in the workout that you are able to carry out the workout for
a long time you can increase the degree of difficulty.
7. Health
Stop the exercise programme immediately when you feel a dragging pain in the
muscles or also when general pains occur during the performance of the exercises.
For safety contact a medical practitioner.
8. Handling:
Pay attention that you are always lying evenly on the workout device and that you
use the workout device with both hands. Make your workout time dependent from
your performance possibilities and do not overstrain yourself.

WARNING: On principle consult your medical practitioner before starting a wor-
kout.
SAFETY NOTES:
1. When giving the device to another person or letting another person use it make
sure that this person is familiar with the content of the instruction manual.
2. Put the workout device on a firm and even ground.
3. Never let children play in direct proximity of the workout device without supervision
or assemble the device.
4. The workout device must only be used indoors.
5. The workout device is only suitable for private use. Every guarantee looses its
validity in case of any commercial use.
6. Never use the workout device near water or when you are wet. A use near a
swimming pool, warm water pool or a sauna is dangerous and makes the guarantee
null and void.
7. Wear suitable clothing for the workout. The clothing must be such that this cannot
snag due to its form during the workout on anything. Always put on sport shoes
and never train shoeless, with flip-flops, socks or tights.
8. This device must only be used by one person at the same time for workout.
9. Check before each usage that all parts are functional and do not use it when it does
not work properly.
10. When feeling badly immediately stop the workout. Only use genuine spare parts.
11. For protection of your furnishing always put a pad (carpet, cover, board) under the
workout device.
Only use the device for the intended purpose.
