The time base can be set in 15 steps (> value 64). Each step corresponds to a time
factor of 0.25 seconds
Example 1: 67 = Switch function with 0.75 seconds
The outputs "a" and "b" correspond to the respective switching direction "right" and "left".

7. Important Instructions:

• Please retain these Instructions as they include important information.
• Disconnect all cables before cleaning.
• Never leave your train layout operating without supervision.
• Unplug or shut off power to the power supply when the train layout is unattended.
• If the Switch Decoder needs repair, return it to the manufacturer or an authorized dealer.
• The Switch Decoder is not intended for use by children under the age of 14.
It is designed only for use with model train systems.
• Please instruct children that the Switch Decoder may only be used in accordance
with its intended purpose.
• All electrical connections are to be made with the power supply disconnected or
switched off.
• The electrical power source must have a circuit breaker or fuse sufficient to prevent
a cable fire in the event of a short circuit.
• Make sure that the switch machine and the decoder are never completely
submerged under water. PIKO accepts no liability for any damage incurred thereby.
Although the decoder is protected against rain and can be flooded for a short time,
you should set up your system so that water can always flow off.
• The purchaser and operator are responsible for the safe connection, inspection and
use of the Switch Decoder and related devices.
