General

We thank you for purchasing our product. To ensure that the device has reached its maximum service life, we
recommend that you read this manual carefully. Before use, check the appliance for damage and other defects.

Function

The frying plate is suitable for meat, fish, vegetables, eggs, etc.
The temperature can be adjusted between 100°C and 300°C.

Safety instructions


Only connect the appliance to a 3-phase 380 VAC installation.

Avoid overloading.

Turn off the appliance after use by switching the switch to the "off" position.

Always switch the switch to the "off" position when cleaning the appliance.

The electrical installation must satisfy the applicable national and local regulations.

Installation


Remove the white protective foil from the stainless steel parts.

Place the appliance on top of a bottom cupboard or screw the supplied feet into the base of the
appliance.

Only connect the appliance to a 3-phase 400 VAC installation. Allow the appliance to be installed by an
authorized electrician.

Use


Install the drip tray.

Turn the switch to the "on" position. The orange lamp will light.

Set the thermostat to the desired temperature. When the set temperature is reached, the green lamp
will light.

You can start frying.

After use

Turn off the appliance by turning the switch to the "off" position. The orange lamp will go out.

Allow the frying plate to cool down and clean it with a scraper.
NOTE! Never clean the frying plate with a wire brush.

Clean the drip tray.
