The 'Water-Surface-Zero' position
For precise depth measurement it is necessary to store the 'Water-Surface-Zero' position with the bait held at the
water surface.
(Fig. 11) Release line and drop the bait to the water surface. Press the 'MODE' button once briefly. After this sto-
rage process an 'OK' message and the value 0.0 appear on the display.

Attention
* If you do not set and store the 'Bait-at-Hand' position, the motor stops automatically at a remaining line length of 5 meters.
* If you only set the 'Bait-at-Hand' position without setting the 'Water-Surface-Zero' position the motor will stop when your bait/
rig has reached the 'Bait-at-Hand' position.
* If both the 'Bait-at-Hand' and the 'Water-Surface-Zero' position have been stored the engine stops at the 'Water-Surface-Zero'
position and the remaining line length to the Bait-at-Hand' position can be retrieved either manually with the crank, or by
pressing the JIGGING button.
