For correctly assembly of the the standard press seal HSD
100-SSG or HSD 150-SSG, HSD 200-SSG, HSD 250-SSG
and HSD 300-SSG you will need the following tools and
aids in addition to the usual tools:
Assembly set for HSI 150-DG/HRK SSG (Article no.:
2102200600), consisting of:
1 Torque spanner 4-20 Nm, 1/4 inch
1 Extension 100 mm, 1/4 inch
2 Extensions 150 mm, 1/4 inch
1 Adapter for cordless screwdriver, square, 1/4 inch
1 M6 socket, wrench size 5, 1/4 inch with spherical
head
Auxiliaries:

Built-in inspection opening
Preparing for assembly
Clean the core drilling/liner and media line.
Level out any chips and/or voids which may be present.
Check the diameter tolerance of the core drilling/
liner (D -1+2 mm) and media line (d) (see table
1), as well as outer or drilling dimension of the press
seal (see fig.: 2).

Remove the blind system cover from the standard
press seal HSD 150-SSG 75-110, HSD150-SSG
70-112-SL and HSD 200-SSG 110-160 und HSD
200-SSG 110-162-SL (see fig.: 3a).
Fold out and pull out the blind plug on the HSD
100-SSG 18-65-SL and HSD 100-SSG 25-63 (see
fig.: 3b).

To split the standard press seal, loosen and remove
a screw on the division cut (see fig.: 4a).
To split the standard press seal HSD 150-SSG 75-110
und HSD 200-SSG 110-160, loosen and remove a
screw (see fig.: 4b).
