Precautionary measures

Please pay attention to the following precautionary measures, to
avoid damage to your camera and to always keep it in a perfect
state.

Storing it in dry place
This camera is not watertight and will not function perfectly for
this reason if it has been submerged in water or if liquids have
reached the inside of the camera.

Keeping the camera away from moisture, salt and dust. Wash
off salt and dust with a slightly damp cloth, if you have used
the camera on the beach or at the sea-side. Dry the camera
carefully after this.

Keep the camera away from strong magnetic fields. Never take
the camera too close to devices that create strong magnetic
fields, such as electric motors. Strong electro-magnetic fields
can lead to malfunctions of the camera or disrupt the data
recording.

Avoid too strong heat
Do not expose or store the camera in solar radiation or high
temperatures. Such a stress can lead to a battery leak or the
deformation of the casing.
