9. TROUBLE SHOOTING FOR E1X SERIES
FAULT
CAUSES
Alternator does not
1) Insufficient residual voltage

1) Low speed

2) Check resistances and replace damaged parts
3) Replace rotating diode bridge
4) Replace voltage regulator
5) Adjust voltage regulator potentiometer

rotor if broken
4) Reduce the load
