Troubleshooting

The lifter does not work when the ............
control buttons are pressed in.
When activated upwards the lifting .............
belt runs downwards instead, and when
activated downwards it runs upwards.
Abnormal noise from the motor ..................
when operating the lifter.
The switch on the hand control is in the "off" position. Press the switch button so
that it is switched on.
The lifter has been run down too far and the lifting strop has twisted in the opposite
direction around the reel. Run the lifter down as far as possible and then up again
until the strop winds the right way.
Defective motor or worn pinion. Contact your installer.
