Lift the wheelchair using the hand con-
trol. At the same time grip the wheel-
chair, guide it up. Lift the wheelchair just
above the level of the door opening's
lower edge. Stop the hoist BEFORE the
white line reaches the hoist head.
Rotate the wheelchair using the hand
control. At the same time guide the
wheelchair with one hand, so that it
comes in the right position in the car.
Lower so that the load stands firmly on
the floor of the car. Lock the brakes on
the wheelchair.
Wheelchair lifts Carolift
The wheelchair should be completely
lowered onto the car floor so that it
stands firmly. The lift belt can remain
hooked in the wheelchair, but in the
tensioned position, so that it does not
come loose during transport. Hang the
hand control in its holder on the hoist to
prevent unintentional activation. Secure
the wheelchair in the car, using an appro-
priate tie-down.
