Always check the glue gun, charger, cables and plugs

before using the tool. Stop using the glue gun or the
charger if you discover any damage. Do not open the
glue gun or the charger yourself, and have it serviced
only by a qualified repair person using only original re-
placement parts. Damaged glue guns, chargers, cables
and plugs increase the risk of electric shock.
Do not leave the glue gun unattended while it is

switched on.
Protect the glue gun against heat, e.g.
against continuous sunlight, fire, water, and
moisture. There is a risk of explosion.
Do not throw the glue stick into fire.

Safely place the glue gun down after use and let it cool

completely before packing it away. The hot nozzle can
cause damage.
Only charge the glue gun using chargers recommen-

ded by the manufacturer. Doing otherwise poses a fire
hazard.
Keep the charging terminals on the glue gun and on
u
the charger away from other metal objects, like paper
clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal
objects which can create a connection from one ter-
minal to another. Shorting the battery terminals together
may cause burns or a fire.
If used incorrectly or if the battery is damaged, flam-
u
mable liquid may be ejected from the battery. Contact
with this liquid should be avoided. If contact accident-
ally occurs, rinse off with water. If the liquid comes
into contact with your eyes, seek additional medical
attention. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause ir-
ritation or burns.
Do not touch the hot nozzle or the silicone cap. There

Do not operate the charger on an easily ignited sur-

face (e.g. paper, textiles, etc.) or in a flammable envir-

onment. There is a risk of fire due to the charger heating
up during operation.
Keep the charger clean. Dirt poses a risk of electric

shock.
Do not expose the charger to rain or wet condi-
tions. Water entering a power tool will increase the risk of
electric shock.

Intended use
The glue gun is intended for solvent-free gluing of materials
such as paper, cardboard, cork, wood, leather, textiles,
foam materials, plastic (except PE, PP, PTFE, Styrofoam®
and plasticised PVC), ceramics, porcelain, metal, glass and
stone.
