C-Light comes usually with a fuse 6,3 A fast (6,3 AF)
for 230V operation with a 1000 W halogen light. Before
operation, the fuse has to be checked and, if
necessary, exchanged by a fuse specified above.
It is very important to replace fuses only with the
specified value. A wrong fuse may cause a bursting of
the halogen modeling lamp.

Replacement of halogen lamp

Replace the halogen lamp only when the unit is
switched off and separated from the mains outlet.
Wait until the halogen lamp has cooled down, then
carefully remove the protection glass dome by pulling
it out of the spring mechanism and moving it straight
away from the unit.
Handle the halogen lamp with care.
Pull the halogen lamp out and replace the lamp by a
new one (max. 1000 W halogen).
As mentioned above, make sure that the right fuse is
applied. Avoid touching the halogen lamp with your
fingers - this might put the halogen lamp at higher risk
to burst.

Regular check

National safety regulations require frequent safety
checks of the electrical equipment. Continuous light
units should be checked once a year. This check not
only guarantees safety, it also protects the value of the
unit.

Return to customer service

To achieve a maximum protection of the unit when
sending it in for service, the original packaging should
be kept.

Disposal

Packaging of the C-Light must be separately disposed
of and recycled. Worn out and broken appliances must
be disposed of by electronics recycling.
