Use the schematics on page 60 for using the machine.
At the start of the day power up the machine with the aid of the main switch inside the ma-
chine (near the crumb collector). The orange light turns on.
Procedure to use the machine :
1. Using the handle on the top of the machine, adjust the bread press to the height of your
bread. Use the marking on the left of the shroud ;
2. Press the Start button to start the beating motion of the frames and belts ;
3. Place your loaves of the same type on the moving rear feed belt ;
4. Adjust the speed of the belts using the thumb wheel on the dial marked from 1 (Min.) to
10 (Max.) ;
5. When the last bread reaches the blades, use the lever on the left of the machine ;
6. Press Stop to bring the belts and frames to a halt.
You can have a bag blower working by pushing the white button
(for a machine fitted with this option).
At the end of the day, press the red STOP button to switch the machine off.
Tip : After a few days work have the blade tension checked by a qualified operator.
Capacity : Number of breads cut per day : 0 to 2.000 (depending on the type of bread)
Loaf dimensions (L x h) (cm): min. 12 x 6 - max. 44 x 16
Safety :
- The opening of the tray will prevent the machine from working.
- The overheating of the motor will prevent the machine from working.
- The activation of a safety is announced by the extinction of the orange lamp.
