Use this input for low impedance balanced
microphone connection. XLR socket / plug
wiring: PIN1=shield, PIN2=hot(+), PIN3=cold(-)
When using unbalanced signals with XLR inputs, a wire bridge
must be inserted into the incoming XLR(m) connector between
PIN1 and PIN3.

When using phantom powered condenser microphones,
'phantom power' should be switched 'on'. Channel Level control
should be turned down (ccw), when operating the 'phantom
power' switch.
When using only dynamic microphones, 'phantom power' should
be switched off.
