ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Carefully remove all packaging, including the cardboard tubes covering the
knurled tube part of the brake assembly. Check the product thoroughly for damage
or obvious faults.
If you suspect the unit to be faulty, please do not use, but contact your
supplier immediately for service.
2.
Release and remove the side locking wheel and assembly (fig. 2) left and right of
the frame and remove the two conical shaped metal protection rings and set aside
(fig. 2a).
3.
Carefully insert the brake assembly with pre-punched extension tube (fig. 3) within
the frame.
4.
Adjust the handles to the height desired, ensuring that both brakes are even in
height and that the tri-walker is sitting even onto the ground.
5.
Ensure the side locking hand wheel Fig 2a locates fully through one of the integral
pre-punched hole located on the black coloured handlebar assembly (fig. 3).
6.
Retighten the side wheel assembly locks (fig. 2). Ensure you have tightened these
locks sufficiently so that the adjustable brake tubes will not move accidentally.
7.
Fix the brake cables into the integral brake cable 'U' clip welded onto the frame if
not already assembled (fig. 3a).

Your rollator is supplied with a bag; raise the padded seat, align the bag with the
frame (fig. 8) and close each of the fabric popper ties around the frame to hold the
bag in place (fig. 9) and then lower the seat.
