Step 3
A) Place the Bushing (21) on the axle of
handlebar and then place Left Lower
Hand Rail (26) on to the axle and tighten
by D-Washer (72), Flat Washer (62),
Spring Washer (81) and Allen Bolt(71).
Repeat for the right.
B) Place the PVC Cap (22) on the each of
Allen Bolt (71).
C) Place the PVC Cap (33) on the connection
between Lower Hand Rail and Pedal Rail.
